At Smaak Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new leather accessory isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
